Affirm4 is a Learning and Development Consultancy founded in 1998 by Jane Metcalf, Robin Norrie and David Press, following their public sector careers as professionals, senior managers and learning specialists.

We provide management development, assessment centres, training courses, facilitation, team development, personal development and consultancy on learning and development to the public, private, voluntary and community sector.

We customise what we do to fit your needs. We won't sell you inappropriate readymade solutions. We recognise how organisational and individual learning are often inter-dependent and we will help you manage this. Affirm4 are an NVQ accreditation centre offering Management at levels 2, 3, 4, and 5, The Registered Manager (Adults) Qualification, Managers in Residential Childcare, Health and Social Care Level 3 and 4 (Adults and CYP), Assessor and Verifier qualifications, and Learning and Development Level 3 and 4 awards.
